Science and technology politics in earth sciences -Approach I

Abstract

This work deals about the first attempt to organize a Science and Technology Politics in Instituto Geológico through the system analysis approach in Geology and Geography. ln this way the two sciences become subsystems which integrated carry out the geosystem. This one provides data for the environrnental management. The above procedure makes possible the organization of a research program on environmental problems study in whose their solutions are proposed.
